Boiled Eggs

    Bring water to the boil in a pot.

    Gently lower in fridge-cold eggs.

  3. 3.

    Lower the heat slightly so the water is at a gentle boil.

  4. 4.

    Cook for desired duration (6 mins = runny yolks, 8 mins = soft boiled, 10 mins = hard boiled).
