Mars Bar Slice

Ingredients
- 180 g mars bar
- 200 g milk chocolate
- 3 cup rice bubbles
- 90 g unsalted butter
Method
- 1.
Prepare a slice tin: (approximately 18x28cm) by greasing and lining with baking paper.

Melt Mars Bars: and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth. Add golden syrup if using.
- 3.
Remove from heat and quickly stir in the Rice Bubbles until well coated.
- 4.
Press the mixture: evenly into the prepared tin using the back of a spoon or spatula.
- 5.
Melt the chocolate: gently in a microwave or over a double boiler until smooth.
- 6.
Pour: the melted chocolate over the slice and spread evenly.
- 7.
Refrigerate: for at least 1 hour or until set.
- 8.
Slice: into squares or bars using a warm knife for clean cuts. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
