Scones
Sweet Treat 20 min
Ingredients
- 25 g caster sugar
- 0.5 cup cream
- 0.5 cup lemonade
- 1 tbsp milk
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 2 cup self raising flour
Method
- 1.
Preheat oven: to 200 degrees celsius (fan-forced).
- 2.
Add: lemonade and cream into a bowl. Add the salt and caster sugar and mix to combine.
- 3.
Sift: in the self raising flour and fold it through until only just combined.
- 4.
Pop dough on floured bench and flatten dough to 2-3cm thick .
- 5.
Cut scones: & brush the tops with milk.
- 6.
Bake: in oven for 12ish mins. The scones will be ready when they're golden
