Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

• 1 ml bitters
• 1 part egg white
• ice
• 1 part lemon juice
• 1 part simple syrup
• 2 part whiskey

Method

1. 1.

   Chill glass: you'll use to serve

2. 2.

   Add: all ingredients to shaker with a handful of ice

3. 3.

   Shake: thoroughly

4. 4.

   Pour: into glass, keeping the ice in the shaker

5. 5.

   Top: with a dash of bitters
